Our Process

When you incorporate with Enitia.com, you will complete an online form that is structured to address the law and requirements specific to your chosen corporate form and state of incorporation.

Immediately after you complete the online form, we will send confirmation to you. Then, professionals at Enitia.com will closely audit your online form and apply the information to the preparation of your company’s Articles of Incorporation (or Articles of Organization). We will contact you without delay should there be any discrepancy or ambiguities in the information that you have supplied us. Once completed, your company’s Articles, along with other required documents, will be submitted to the Secretary of State for approval.

In some states, there is a required extra step. Click here to learn more . . .

When the state approves and returns the Articles of Incorporation to Enitia.com, we will notify you of the approval and immediately send the Articles, other documents and information to your company. We will remain in touch while we wait for the state to process the Articles. You will have constant access to our online Client Center. There, you can download your company’s formation documents and check on the progress of your order.

Resident Agent Services

Incorporating in Delaware or Nevada?

Enitia.com can provide your new company with dependable and reliable resident agent services for $79 the first year and $99 per annum thereafter.

Virtually every state requires corporations and LLCs to appoint a resident agent. Most adult state residents can serve as a resident agent. However, it is usually in a company’s best interests to appoint a resident agent who is closely associated with the company, so as to ensure that the company is immediately alerted to all important mailings. Corporations commonly appoint owners, directors, or officers of the company to serve as the initial resident agent. Appointing such a person as your resident agent is usually only an option when you incorporate in the state where you also carry on your business.

If you incorporate in a state where you do not have an office, you may need to contact an outside party and arrange for that party to serve as your company’s resident agent. This situation is likely to occur only if you are an out-of-stater incorporating in Delaware or Nevada. If you wish, Enitia.com will provide your new company with dependable and reliable resident agent services.
